In my 40s, I've embraced a journey of self-belief and pursued my dreams with conviction. My transformation from where I was to who I am now is a story of healing, forgiveness, and the realization that I am not defined by my past. My strength lies in my faith and a continuously evolving mindset, which I consider my superpowers.
My mission is to guide others in breaking free from the cycles that hold them back in life. As a coach, I empower individuals to transition from their current state to the life they aspire to. I believe it's never too late to discover your superpowers and create the life you've always wanted.
I hold certifications as a coach, speaker, trainer, and health coach, earned from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. My professional background spans over 15 years in the banking industry, adding a wealth of financial insight to my coaching. I achieved my B.S. from Arizona State University in my 40s and am currently advancing my education with a Master's in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University.
