I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of fear, self-doubt, and emotional pain. I survived childhood trauma, faced deep fears of abandonment, and sought counseling at 19, which completely changed my life. Through faith, self-leadership, and mindset shifts, I discovered that I am not defined by my past, but empowered by my growth.

I help individuals break free from limiting patterns and reclaim their power. As a trauma recovery coach, I guide my clients from where they are now to the life they aspire to live, one of confidence, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
